    1.Quinoa Chickpea Salad with Lemon-Tahini Dressing

    Healthy, Plant-Based, and High-Protein

    INGREDIENTS

    :

    • 1 cup cooked quinoa
    • 1 cup canned chickpeas (drained & rinsed)
    • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 1 cucumber, diced
    • ¼ red onion, finely chopped
    • ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
    • ¼ cup crumbled feta (optional)
    • Salt & pepper to taste

    Refreshing Strawberry Juice Recipe

    • 2 cups ripe strawberries, washed and chopped
    • ¼ lemon (juice)
    • 1 tablespoon sugar (adjust to taste)
    • 1 cup cold water
    • Ice cubes (optional)
    • Wash strawberries, remove stems, and cut them into small pieces.
    • Add strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice to a blender.
    • Blend until smooth, then add water and blend again for a minute. SURVE N ENJOY
