INGREDIENTS

- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup canned chickpeas (drained & rinsed)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- ¼ red onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup crumbled feta (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste

Refreshing Strawberry Juice Recipe
- 2 cups ripe strawberries, washed and chopped
- ¼ lemon (juice)
- 1 tablespoon sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup cold water
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Wash strawberries, remove stems, and cut them into small pieces.
- Add strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, then add water and blend again for a minute. SURVE N ENJOY
